India’s GCCs set to become Agentic transformation engines by 2030: Dell Technologies and Zinnov report
India’s Global Capability Centers (GCCs) are rapidly moving from operational delivery hubs to autonomous transformation engines, but nearly 70% remain stuck in a “pilot trap” due to weak architectural foundations rather than a lack of ambition, a joint study by Dell Technologies and Zinnov has said. Titled “India GCCs 2030: From Capability Centers to Agentic Transformation Engines”, the report incorporates input from more than 50 senior enterprise leaders across banking, financial services, insurance (BFSI), retail, manufacturing and software.
The findings indicate that the sector’s next era will not belong to hubs running the highest number of proofs of concept but rather to centers capable of embedding scalable, responsible artificial intelligence (AI) directly into corporate balance sheets and strategy.
