Apple Siri settlement: iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 16 owners can now claim up to $95; here’s how to file
Apple has opened the claims window for its $250 million (about Rs 2,200 crore) settlement over the delayed Apple Intelligence upgrade to Siri. Eligible iPhone owners in the US can now file for a payout of $25 per device. That figure could rise to $95, depending on how many people come forward.
The class action, Landsheft et al. v. Apple Inc., accused the company of selling the iPhone 16 as “built for Apple Intelligence” while the smarter Siri shown at WWDC 2024 was nowhere near ready.
