Autodesk enhances small business support, security, partners CrowdStrike

NEW DELHI: Autodesk has introduced several updates under its ‘Autodesk for Small Business’ initiative, focusing on support, flexibility, security, and commerce to address challenges faced by small businesses. A dedicated ‘Support for Small Business’ experience now offers small teams a direct path to live help, enabling faster issue resolution within the Account Admin Center, initially available in North America.

The company is enhancing security with new offerings, including passkey sign-in for accounts, which allows users to authenticate with Face ID, Touch ID, Windows Hello, or a device PIN, reducing phishing risks. Additionally, Autodesk has partnered with CrowdStrike to offer US small business customers a 50 per cent discount on select endpoint
