Avalon, US’ Supermicro, Aheesa to cumulatively invest ₹1,727 crore in Tamil Nadu

NEW DELHI: Homegrown Avalon Technologies, the US-based AI server maker Supermicro, and India’s Aheesa Digital Innovations have separately signed memoranda of understanding (MoUs) with the Tamil Nadu government to cumulatively invest ₹1,727 crore.

Of this, Avalon will invest ₹1,000 crore to set-up an electronic components facility in Kanchipuram, while Supermicro will establish its first India facility with a ₹477 crore investment. Aheesa, a fabless semiconductor company, will invest ₹250 crore in Chennai and generate employment for 300 people.
