79% of surveyed respondents in India see API attacks among top cyberthreats: Akamai survey

NEW DELHI: 79% of the surveyed respondents in India have cited application programming interface (API) attacks as one of the top cyberthreats that their customers are concerned about, according to the latest findings released by cloud and CDN provider Akamai on Tuesday.

42% cited evolving attack techniques as the biggest security challenge customers are facing today, while only 17% believe organisations are very well prepared to manage security risks associated with AI adoption, highlighting a significant preparedness gap.
