TRAI names BSNL’s Harinder Kumar as new Secretary
NEW DELHI: The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) has named Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) executive Harinder Kumar as its new Secretary.
“…it has been decided to offer the post of Secretary in Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI)…to Shri Harinder Kumar, ITS, presently working as CGMT, BSNL, Maharashtra, on deputation on foreign service terms, initially for a period of two years,” the telecom regulator said in an official letter dated June 10, 2026.
