Nine major industry trade groups have sent a letter to the Trump administration warning that the rapid growth of AI data centres is straining global memory chip supplies. The coalition said the increasing demand for chips used in AI systems is beginning to affect industries ranging from automotive and healthcare to consumer electronics.
