BSNL ARPU surges 42% on-year to ₹101 in FY26
NEW DELHI: State-owned Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited’s (BSNL) average revenue per user (ARPU) has surged by 42% year-on-year to ₹101 in the fiscal year that ended March 31, 2026, compared to the previous fiscal year, according to a recent statement by the Ministry of Communications.
This came up during Union Minister of Communications Jyotiraditya Scindia and Minister of State for Communications Chandra Sekhar Pemmasani’s meeting with the telco’s Chairman A Robert J Ravi and chief general managers (CGMs) to comprehensively review operational metrics, quality-of-service (QoS), subscriber base growth, and attainment of revenue milestones across 28 circles.
