NEW DELHI: Indus Towers’s board of directors has appointed Amazon’s top executive, Venkatesh Tiwari, as its chief operating officer (COO), effective April 1, 20206.
Tiwari succeeds Tejinder Singh Kalra, who will retire from the top role on August 31, 2026, the tower company said in a regulatory filing on Tuesday.
However, Kalra will continue in his capacity up to June 30, 2026, to facilitate a structured transition process, Indus said.
