YC-backed data infra startup S2.dev raises $3.85 million in round led by Accel

San Francisco, US-based data infrastructure startup S2.dev has raised $3.85 million in a funding round led by Accel, with participation from Uncorrelated Ventures and others.
The startup was previously backed by Y Combinator and was selected in the Fall 2025 batch. With this round, to date, the company has raised a total of $5.5 million.
Founded in 2024 by Shikhar Bhushan, Stephen Balogh, and Dwarak Govind Parthiban, the company was started by engineers who previously worked at Etsy, Meta, and Confluent.
