Deeptech robotics startup Armatrix raises $2.1 million in round led by pi Ventures

Bengaluru-based deeptech robotics startup Armatrix has raised $2.1 million in a funding round led by pi Ventures, as it looks to commercialise snake-like robotic arms designed for inspection and maintenance inside hazardous and confined industrial spaces.

The round saw participation from Inuka Capital, Boundless Ventures, Boost VC, Turbostart, and gradCapital. The capital will be used to complete product development, expand the engineering and R&D team, and deploy pilot systems with early industrial customers.
