Comviva launches new channel partner solution, signs deal with Malaysia’s CelecomDigi

NEW DELHI: Comviva said Malaysian telecom carrier, CelecomDigi, is the first one to deploy the next-generation “Digital Distribution Management System” solution for channel partners.

The solution, powered by the Comviva BlueMarble Retail platform, will strengthen the digital distribution capabilities for CelecomDigi, which has more than 20 million subscribers, Comviva said in a joint statement recently.

The solution streamlines and automates sales and distribution operations across online, direct, and indirect channels, enhancing efficiency and customer experience.
