Artificial intelligence is becoming a regular part of working life around the world, but its adoption remains uneven across the labour market. According to the latest Gallup workforce survey, nearly half of American employees now use AI at work at least a few times a year, a figure that continues to rise quarter by quarter. While usage is growing overall, the data show clear differences between industries, job roles, and levels of seniority, revealing where AI has taken hold and where it remains marginal.
