According to a report by Bloomberg, Cheng Chen has been recruited by OpenAI. Chen’s expertise included the sophisticated optics that are central to Apple’s new Vision Pro headset. This marks the latest high-profile departure, indicating that OpenAI, like Meta before it, has become a key beneficiary of the iPhone-maker’s talent flight.
