CoreEL acquires Lekha Wireless’ aerospace & defence business to expand into military communication

NEW DELHI: CoreEL Technologies on Tuesday said it has acquired the aerospace and defence system (ADS) business of homegrown telecom startup Lekha Wireless to strengthen expertise in the military communication domain.

Bengaluru-based CoreEL is a leading provider of advanced electronic system-level products and solutions for the aerospace and defence as well as the commercial sectors.

The financial details were not disclosed. Steer Advisors served as the sole transaction advisor.
