Indian 4G, 5G technology trials ongoing overseas: Tejas Networks’ Arnob Roy

NEW DELHI: Tejas Networks said that the company is undertaking proof of concept (PoC) for made-in-India 4G (fourth generation) and 5G (fifth generation) technology-based mobile networks worldwide, including South Asia, and is likely to seal a commercial deal soon.

“We are seeing significant interest and traction for our 4G and 5G radio access network (RAN) products in international markets and have multiple ongoing proof of concept (PoC) engagements with mobile network operators worldwide,” Arnob Roy, chief operating officer at Tejas Networks, told ETTelecom.
