Arm to acquire AI networking chip startup DreamBig for $265 million

NEW DELHI: British chip designer Arm Holdings has agreed to acquire all outstanding shares in artificial intelligence (AI) networking chipmaker DreamBig Semiconductor for $265 million.

“In October 2025, the company entered into a definitive agreement to acquire all of the outstanding equity interests of DreamBig Semiconductor, Inc. for approximately $265.0 million in cash, subject to purchase price adjustments,” Arm said in a regulatory filing recently.
