Amazon unveils three AI-powered technologies as it works towards ‘warehouse of the future’

Amazon is accelerating toward an automated, AI-powered logistics system. The e-commerce giant has unveiled three new technologies that aim to make human employees more efficient while simultaneously reducing the need for human labour. These three AI tools include a sorting robot, an AI management agent, and augmented-reality glasses for drivers.

According to a report by The Wall Street Journal, these three technologies collectively demonstrate how CEO Andy Jassy’s push for AI adoption is reshaping the warehouse floor.
