Urban Company, Boat get Sebi nod for IPO

At-home services platform Urban Company has received the go-ahead from the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) for its initial public offering (IPO), according to a notification by the markets regulator.

Urban Company had filed its draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) in April for a Rs 1,900-crore IPO, comprising a primary issue of Rs 429 crore. It had trimmed the overall IPO size from Rs 3,000 crore earlier.
