New Delhi: Union communications minister Jyotiraditya Scindia on Monday set this year’s targets for state-run Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL), saying the telecom operator should aim for 50% growth in consumer mobility business and 25-30% growth in enterprise business.
BSNL, after years of persistent losses, posted a net profit in the last two quarters of the previous fiscal.
At a review meeting, Scindia said it should grow its revenues faster than its expenditure next fiscal to maintain the current momentum.
