Zomato launches ‘Recommendations from Friends’ feature for personalised food discovery

Zomato, an Indian online food ordering and delivery platform, has launched a new feature called ‘Recommendations from Friends’ to enhance the food discovery experience for its users. From what is understood, the feature is now available nationwide on the latest version of the Zomato app and allows users to view personalised restaurant and dish recommendations from their friends. To enable the feature, users can provide access to their contacts on the app and manage who they see recommendations from, as well as the restaurants they recommend, the company stated.
