Apple India profit soars, so does dividend payout

Kolkata: Apple’s Indian sales and marketing entity transferred Rs 3,302 crore to its Ireland-based holding company as dividend for FY24, more than double compared with the year before, underscoring the increasing importance of the local market in the iPhone maker’s global business.
