Microsoft is taking a big leap in making Xbox support easier with the launch of an AI-powered chatbot called the Xbox Support Virtual Agent. The chatbot—which has no Copilot branding so far—which is available now is Microsoft’s latest effort to integrate artificial intelligence within its Xbox platform. The catch is that only Xbox Insiders in the US can access it at the time of writing.
