Tech firms lead in GenAI adoption, finds survey

In India’s tech, media, and telecom sectors, nearly 80% of the technology companies have deployed at least one generative AI application in their businesses, compared to only half of the companies in media and entertainment, and telecom sectors, a PwC survey showed.

Among these tech companies, nearly 80% have deployed GenAI applications for automated coding and testing and in the integration and deployment of tools.
