BharatNet

One cannot build a great building on a weak foundation. A robust base alone creates a strong superstructure. However in the case of BharatNet project, the foundation is becoming weak by the day. Now, on behalf of Universal Service Obligation (USO) Fund, Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd (BSNL) has invited a mega tender worth Rs 56,750 crore to build a superstructure on this fragile foundation.
