Court has good news for Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg ‘child safety’ lawsuit

Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg has reportedly been granted a request to drop his name from a child safety lawsuit. According to news agency AP, a New Mexico judge has accepted the CEO’s plea. Judge Bryan Biedscheid said that he wasn’t persuaded by the state’s arguments that the executive should remain a party to the New Mexico lawsuit. But that could change depending on what evidence is presented as the case against Meta proceeds, he added.
