Unending 4G Delays

In February 2024, BSNL’s Punjab CGM, where the proof of concept (PoC) of TCS-Tejas-C-DoT led combination is testing the 4G network, forwarded his officer’s message to Radhakant Das of TCS, who is incharge of this project. The screen shot of these messages reveal the true state of affairs of 4G PoC in Punjab. All the senior officers in BSNL, DoT, TCS/C-DoT are tight-lipped and don’t share the correct picture to the outside world.
