Regulations for OTT apps

UK Media regulator, Ofcom has come out with a new draft Media Bill to bring OTT apps under its preview. The regulator said that the new Bill will give opportunity to Britain’s biggest broadcasters the new privileges and freedoms to make more hit shows and better compete with global streaming giants.
