Cloud Services

On March 6, the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has come out with a framework for adoption of cloud services in its Regulated Entities (REs). As per the framework, REs can select any model for the cloud deployment as per their business needs but the compliance should be ensured with the cloud framework and regulations of the government.
