On February 9, 2022, Trai has issued a consultation paper on Digital Connectivity Infrastructure Provider Authorization (DCIP) under Unified License. Through the paper, Trai wants to ensure that the advantages of the new technologies are accessible to all equitably and affordably irrespective of demographic profile such as literacy, economic conditions and urbanization.
