PLI Scheme for Semiconductor Industry

The government has announced the Production Line Incentive (PLI) scheme for the development of semiconductors and display manufacturing in India with an outlay of Rs 76,000 crore. The incentives announced by the government is for every part of supply chain including electronic components, sub-assemblies and finished goods.
