Charging more from Exiting Customers!

On March 10, 2022, TDSAT dismissed Vodafone Idea’s appeal against Trai’s directive dated December 7, 2021 that enabled users to port out of their network via SMS request, irrespective of value of their tariff offer and plans. TDSAT said it “requires no interference”.
