CSC-SPV in Maharashtra

During April 2011 to December 2015 (ie the five year period of the 13th Finance Commission), the Maharashtra government had created a telecommunication network which in Marathi is called Sanganakiya Gramin Maharashtra (Sangram) or Computerized Rural Maharashtra. Under Sangram scheme, which covered 29,000 gram panchayats (GPs), 351 panchayat samitis, and 34 zilla parishads of the state.
