Paramount Forgery in Defence Deal

On November 21, 2019 Integrated Test Range (ITR) of Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO), Balasore, Orissa invited bid for the “Supply and Laying of Submarine Fibre Optic Cable on Turnkey Basis.” The cable was to be laid between Abdul Kalam Island (formerly Wheeler Island) and Mainland at Dhamra under Bhadrak district of Odisha State. It was mandatory to have relevant experience in the field.
