On April 4, 2021, the e-committee of the Supreme Court released a draft Vision Document for Phase III of the eCourts Project highlighting various key goals, including open digital hearings like live-streaming and providing transcriptions of court proceedings to lawyers and litigants. The e-committee has requested all the stakeholders – advocates, litigants, common citizens, law students, technical experts – to come forward to give suggestions and feedback.
