There are two scenarios.

Scenario-1: Spend Rs 2,384 crore more to maintain 2,187 old towers for 5 years more on an outdated 2G technology?

Scenario-2: Spend Rs 1,750 crore (Rs 80 lakh x 2,187 towers) only and that would give you 2,187 newly built towers and a guaranteed service for 10 years on new 4G technology with 98 per cent uptime?
