DTH Services

Government has approved the revised guidelines for providing DTH services in the country. In the approved guidelines, DTH services will be awarded for the period of 20 years in place of the existing 10 years with an auto-renewal clause for 10 years. Also, the licensee fee has been revised from existing 10 per cent Gross Revenues (GR) to 8 per cent of Adjusted Gross Revenues (AGR) which will be will be calculated by deduction of GST from GR.
