The Princeton Digital Group (PDG), a data centre operator headquartered in Singapore, said on Tuesday it has acquired multiple sites in India, adding 210MW of capacity to its current platform and bringing its total operating and planned capacity in the country to 1GW. <\/p>\n
\u201cThe acquisition secures large scale capacity across two of India\u2019s most strategic data centre markets, Mumbai and Hyderabad, with power secured and key land approvals in place,\u201d PDG said in a media statement. <\/p>\n
This expansion nearly doubles the company\u2019s planned capacity in India, significantly strengthening its position in the country. To date, PDG has committed about $2.5 billion to India. <\/p>\n
