The facility will be opened at the Tongluo site that the company recently acquired from Powerchip Semiconductor \u2060Manufacturing Corp. According to a report by news agency Reuters, the new facility will help it expand supply of leading-edge DRAM products including high-bandwidth memory (HBM) to support surging AI demand, the company said.
