That\u2019s not going to happen,\u201d he said. \u201cIt\u2019s not that you can just go drop Anthropic in there.\u201d His point: banks, retailers, and telecom companies sit on complex, decades-old systems that won\u2019t be undone by a chatbot upgrade.<\/p>\n<p>He\u2019s far from alone in his scepticism.
