State-run telecom operator Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has awarded \u20b9819 crore advance work orders to KP Green Engineering, a homegrown engineering, fabrication, and infrastructure solutions provider. <\/p>\n
The publicly listed company said in a recent satement that it has won the awards under BSNL\u2019s 4G Saturation Project, for Border Out Post (BoP)\/Border Intelligence Post (BIP), and covers execution across two major geographic clusters. <\/p>\n
The first order pertains to Cluster C, comprising Maharashtra and Goa, valued at approximately \u20b9483 crore, while the second order pertains to Cluster J, covering Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh, Uttarakhand and Himachal Pradesh, valued at approximately \u20b9336 crore.
\n\u201cSecuring this landmark order from BSNL is a defining moment for KP Green Engineering and reflects the confidence placed in our engineering capabilities, execution discipline and operational reliability,\u201d said Faruk G Patel, CMD, KP Group. <\/p>\n
\u201cThese projects not only strengthen our presence in the national telecom infrastructure ecosystem but also position us strongly in large-scale, government-backed initiatives,\u201d Patel added. <\/p>\n
The scope of work under both orders includes the supply and erection of ground-based towers (GBT), acting as an Infrastructure-as-a-Service Provider (IaaSP) for supply and installation of allied telecom infrastructure, and operation and maintenance (O&M) of the sites for a period of five years, extendable by an additional five years, in line with BSNL\u2019s technical specifications and project timelines.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
