Tata Group company recently announced that its artificial intelligence (AI) services division has reached an annualised revenue run-rate (ARR) of $1.5 billion. This is the first time ever that the company has quantified its AI business. Talking to analysts, TCS CEO K Krithivasan said that AI is now growing faster than the rest of its business. \u201cOur quarter-on-quarter growth on AI alone has gone up by over 16.3%,\u201d he said. CEO Krithivasan has laid out a five-pronged strategy which will anchor TCS\u2019 vision of becoming the \u201cworld\u2019s largest AI-led technology services company\u201d. These include internal AI transformation, AI-driven service reimagination, future-ready talent, making AI real for customers and building a full-stack AI ecosystem spanning infrastructure, platforms and partnerships.
