The court observed that the matter was already settled by the Kerala high court and upheld by the Supreme Court (SC). <\/p>\n<p>The petitioner body challenged TRAI&#8217;s Interconnection (Addressable Systems) Fourth Amendment Regulations, 2022, and the Tariff (Third Amendment) Order, 2022, both notified on Nov 22, 2022.
