The Telecommunications Consultants India Limited (TCIL) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Punjab National Bank (PNB) to strengthen the public sector bank\u2019s IT infrastructure and expedite its technology modernisation journey to enable customer-centric digital services. <\/p>\n
Under the pact, TCIL will provide IT consultancy, project management, and turnkey execution of complex technology initiatives, according to a statement by the Ministry of Communications on Thursday. <\/p>\n
The public sector firms signed the MoU on September 3. <\/p>\n
The collaboration aims to deliver robust, secure, and regulatory-compliant solutions that will reinforce PNB\u2019s digital backbone, improve operational resilience, and support innovation in customer services. <\/p>\n
TCIL will provide services in key areas, including RFP lifecycle management, system integration, IT infrastructure rollout, and regulatory-compliant technology deployment. <\/p>\n
Depending on requirements, TCIL will also serve as a project management consultant (PMC) or project implementing agency (PIA), ensuring solutions aligned with PNB\u2019s technology roadmap and customer priorities, the ministry said. <\/p>\n
