Emergency medical response services provider RED Health has rolled out a 5G-connected ambulance service for LH Hiranandani Hospital in Powai, Mumbai.<\/p>\n
\u2018The launch event was attended by senior representatives from LH Hiranandani Hospital and was felicitated by Chief Guest Pradeep Chavan, deputy commissioner of police, Mumbai (Traffic Eastern Division),\u2019 they said in a joint statement Thursday.<\/p>\n
The 5G-enabled ambulance service will support real-time medical data transmission, remote specialist consultations, and seamless coordination between emergency response teams and hospital facilities. <\/p>\n
The ambulance, with support for fifth-generation network connectivity, will also facilitate critical medical care immediately at the scene of an emergency. <\/p>\n

The \u201cgolden hour\u201d refers to the critical time frame in which actions taken by ambulance team can be the defining factor in saving lives. The 5G capability in ambulances will allow real-time data transmission, remote monitoring, and on-the-move consultations with specialists. <\/p>\n
