Homegrown IT services firm Echelon Edge has won a deal to manage the phase 1 and phase 2 of state-controlled Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited\u2019s (BSNL) call detail record (CDR) project across the north and east zones. <\/p>\n
Under this deal, the Gurugram-headquartered firm will manage the OSS\/BSS infrastructure for BSNL\u2019s fixed-line, broadband, and leased line services across retail and enterprise segments, according to a statement released on Monday. <\/p>\n
The project involves comprehensive, end-to-end management of both hardware and software infrastructure for BSNL\u2019s CDR operations, including annual maintenance and managed services. <\/p>\n
Echelon Edge has deployed a dedicated team of over 50 OSS\/BSS and system experts across BSNL\u2019s Panchkula and Kolkata data centres to ensure seamless daily operations, platform optimisation, and service continuity. <\/p>\n
The project brings together vendors such as Amdocs, Netcracker, SAP, Oracle, Siebel, HPE, Cisco, and IBM to deliver service stability and \u201coperational excellence\u201d, the statement added. <\/p>\n
