The Governing Council, which is the highest elected representative body of the association, is elected every two years through a \u201cone member, one vote\u201d system, comprising 24 members. <\/p>\n<p>Co-founder and Director of Bill Desk MN Srinivasu has been appointed as the Chairman of the Governing Council.
