Set to directly compete with OpenAI\u2019s ChatGPT, Chinese DeepSeek and other AI chatbots, Grok 3 is claimed to offer 10 times the computational resources of its predecessor that was released in August last year. In a video call with the World Governments Summit in Dubai, Musk said \u201cGrok 3 has very powerful reasoning capabilities, so in the tests that we&#8217;ve done thus far, Grok 3 is outperforming anything that&#8217;s been released, that we&#8217;re aware of, so that&#8217;s a good sign\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>During the conference, Musk termed Grok 3 as \u201cscary smart\u201d. He said: \u201cAt times I think Grok 3 is scary smart\u201d.
