The Bengaluru Urban I additional district consumer disputes redressal commission recently ordered telecom giant Reliance Jio to also pay him Rs 5,000 as additional costs.<\/p>\n<p>Ramalingeswara Rao KV, a 47-year-old Bommanahalli resident, ported his mobile number to Reliance Jio on March 7, 2017, and paid a membership fee of Rs 99. The sim initially worked, but lost network connectivity in July 2017.
