Currently, the congressionally annually mandated cap commonly known as the \u2018regular cap\u2019 of H-1B visas is 65,000. <\/p>\n<p>The second round of selection for the regular cap will include previously submitted registrations that indicated eligibility for the master\u2019s cap along with those that indicated only eligibility for the regular cap.
